What I collect

When you sign up for lesson 1, I keep your email address and the language you signed up in. Nothing else.

What I use it for

To send you the lesson, the rest of the course if you buy it, and occasional news about new material. I don't sell or share your address.

Who stores it

The mailing list runs on MailerLite, which stores the addresses for me.

Unsubscribing

Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also write to me and I'll delete your details.

PDF to MusicXML

The file you upload is converted on a Google Cloud server and deleted right after. I don't keep a copy of it or of the result, except in a report you send (below).

To keep the daily limit, the number of conversions per visitor per day is stored under a code computed from the IP address. The address itself isn't stored. Google Cloud keeps a standard request log (IP address and time) for a limited period.

If you send a "something not right?" report, I keep the bar numbers, your note and the file's check report. The PDF and MusicXML files are kept only if you tick the box that allows it. Everything is stored in Google Cloud Storage in Europe and deleted automatically after 90 days. Write to me and I'll delete it sooner.
